Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products offered on the website vappydia.com.
Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions by the customer.

Each product sheet describes the essential characteristics in accordance with Article L111-1 of the Consumer Code.
The photographs are not contractually binding.
Article 4 – Price
The prices displayed on the website are indicated in euros including VAT (all taxes included).
Delivery costs are specified before order confirmation.
The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time the order is validated.
Article 5 – Order
The customer confirms their order after accepting these Terms and Conditions.
An order confirmation is sent by email.
The seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a payment incident or suspicion of fraud.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made via Shopify Payments (credit card, Paypal, etc.).
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
Article 7 – Delivery
The products are delivered to the address indicated when the order was placed.
Average delivery times are indicated on the product page and may vary depending on the destination.
In case of delay, the customer may request a refund if delivery does not take place within 30 days.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification.
The product must be returned in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
⚠️ The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or used products.
Article 9 – Guarantees
The products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
Article 10 – Liability
The seller cannot be held liable for indirect or intangible damages related to the use of the product.
His liability is limited to the amount of the order.
Article 11 – Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Article L612-1 of the Consumer Code, the customer may resort to an independent mediator in the event of a dispute.
