At Vappydia, we are committed to providing a quality shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have implemented a flexible return and refund policy to guarantee your peace of mind.

1. Returns:

Return period : You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to inform us of your wish to return one or more items.

Condition of items : Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Return process : To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at vappydia@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the necessary instructions to return your item.

2. Refunds:

Refund conditions : Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item and will indicate whether the refund is approved or not.

Refund amount : If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund processing times : Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after return approval.

3. Non-returnable products:

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include, but are not limited to, opened or used products, personal care items, and subscription products.

4. Defective or damaged products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately at vappydia@gmail.com with a photo of the item, and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, according to your preference.

5. Product exchange:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original item and place a new order.

6. Return shipping costs:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
